Obituary

Bradley Devin Irvin, 41, a resident of Greensboro, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Cone Health
Memorial Hospital. Bradley was born and raised in California on June 13, 1981. To start his career, he
moved to the East Coast with his family in 2015. Bradley loved traveling, exploring new things, and
finding beauty in all new experiences. Bradley loved life and adored his family. His goal was to make his
family happy, and he achieved that goal every day. He loved them unconditionally. Bradley was a selfless
person who never met a stranger, somehow, he made you better for having met him. He was optimistic
and took one day at a time. If he had a bad day, he would just sigh and say, “Tomorrow’s a new day.”
Bradley worked hard but played harder, he was an animal lover and loved fishing. However, above all
these things, Bradley would say his children are his biggest accomplishment.
Bradley was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Irvin; grandmother, Catherine Irvin, and his
Grandfather, John Irvin.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sheila Irvin of the home; his children, Michael Racle, Jasmine
Stowe, and Brad Irvin; stepsons, Shawn Minor, Larry Minor, and Tyler Burt; three brothers, Matthew
Garcia, Joseph Garcia, and Andy Garcia; four grandchildren, Evan Minor, Mackenzie Minor, Jackson
Minor, and Maverick Minor; his mother and father-in-law, Larry and Cora French; and two dogs that he
adored, Cree and Bella.
The family would like to extend their thanks to everyone who took the time to call or message during
this awful and difficult time. They may not have known each one of you, but hearing how much Bradley
was loved by so many has been amazing.
Triad Cremation and Funeral Service of Greensboro is assisting the family.

I think one of the greatest memories I have was when I was working in South Carolina at the time. I was living with Brad and my mom and Brad got me the job. It meant the world to me. He was always looking out for his family. One day, he comes in and asks “Hey, you wanna go to a Georgia Bulldog game this weekend?” (his favorite college team) and I said “Hell yeah! But let me check with my boss and make sure it’s okay” (he was my boss). And he just goes “Oh, he said it’s fine” lol I’m gonna miss him so much. I love you Brad, see you again someday big daddy! ??

So many great memories I have with Brad. I had the opportunity to work with him at a processing plant. One day he decided to scare the living crap out of me. Brad decided to hide in the closet. I went to open the door to get my work smock he said good morning . I have never screamed so loud in my life !! He must of realized how bad he scared me because I was shaking so bad. He made up for it by surprising me with lunch that afternoon. Brad you left me with so many good memories. Rest easy my friend . Until we meet again ??
