Cindy Lou Leighton, age 69, of Burlington passed away April 18, 2023 at Liberty Commons Nursing Home. 

She was born November 27, 1953 in Wheeling, West Virginia the daughter of the late Harold Sutherin and Catherine Selmer Sutherin. 

A private service will be held at a later date.
