Obituary

Claude Hampton Milan, Jr., affectionately known as Junior, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on June 18, 2023. He was born on July 10, 1956.

Junior had a love for fishing that never waned, spending countless hours on the water with his trusty fishing rod. He also cherished spending time with his family, especially his wife Debbie whom he was married to for over 50 years. Speaking of Debbie, she was the love of his life, and he always made sure to let everyone know it.

When he wasn’t out on the water or with his family, you could find Junior thrifting with Debbie after he retired. He had an eye for hidden treasures, and nothing made him happier than finding a great deal.

Junior was also known for his devoted and loyal companion, his dog Brutus. Brutus didn’t take kindly to anyone other than Junior, but that didn’t stop Junior from loving him.

Junior is survived by his beloved wife Debbie, his son Scott, and his grandchildren Carrie Underwood, Kaitlin Underwood, and Elexis Milan. He was also blessed with great-grandchildren Malachi Williams, Eli Williams, Caraline Williams, and Juliana Jacobs.

Junior was preceded in death by his daughter Leslie McCrosski, and while he will be missed dearly, his memory will live on with those who knew and loved him.
