    Lesa West says:
It was my honor and privilege to care for you through all the years of your illness.  You passed a better man for your trials, and left me such a better person for witnessing your bravery, your strength, and your humor through it all.  May God grant you all the glory and wonder and peace of heaven, or you know HE is going to hear from me when I get there!!! This is not good-bye.  Just see you later.  Until then.....wait for me.
