EFLAND – Joyce Sheila Ireland, 63, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2014 at her home. Joyce was born on June 24, 1951 in Alamance, NC, to James and Hazel Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her father, her mother, her sister, Barbara Williams, and her brothers, Kenneth Johnson and James Johnson.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Ray Ireland, her two sisters, Jeanette Ross and Sylvia Lanning, her aunt Zell Redman, her sister-in-law, Brenda Johnson, and her best friend, Marian O’hara (Cookie).

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 20th at Phillips Chapel United Methodist Church, 2362 Brucewood Road, Haw River, North Carolina 27258. Cremation services entrusted to Triad Cremation Society & Chapel.

Joyce we will miss you your laugh and your beautiful smile and the sweet personality that you have had since the day we met you were a wonderful niece and a fabulous daughter to mat and tommy and a wonderful wife to eddie we were honored to have you in our family.God decided that he needed another angel in heaven and we know that you are no longer in pain and you are so happy looking down on us thank you Jesus for giving us joyce for a while
