Obituary

GREENSBORO – Mr. Louis Steven Bailey, an amazing musician, artist, and carpenter, of Greensboro, went to be with our Lord on Friday, July 25, 2014. 

Steve, 63, was preceded in death by his parents, Taylor Johnson Bailey and Carrie Turner Bailey; and brother Gene Bailey.

He leaves behind his wife Carol Bailey of Eden, NC; stepdaughters Michele & Lisa; 5 grandchildren; sister Carol Ballard, of Greensboro; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Ave. Greensboro, NC 27405.  Cremation services entrusted to Triad Cremation Society, Inc.

    Saddens me to hear this. My condolences to Steve's family. He was such a good musician. Really enjoyed the times when he played at Moon's Danceland. He has joined Moon, Tommy and Mickey all making music in heaven now. Sure do miss them here though. Prayers for Steve's family until you are all joined together again. God bless and keep you all.
