Marcell “Castro” Wesley Houston, age 43, of Greensboro passed away April 29, 2023.
He was born October 27, 1979 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of Ailene Lockard Houston and the late William Houston III. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Shawntae McCluney.
Marcell had a larger-than-life personality, family was important to him and he had a huge heart. He was employed with Camco manufacturing. He was a man of faith and attended church with his wife at the Greater Grace Apostolic Church.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Felicia Barbour Houston; mother, Ailene Lockard Houston; step daughter, Destiny Broadnax; brothers, Henry McCluney and Darryl McCluney (Felicia); sisters, Veronica Whitsett, Laverne DeShields (Kevin), Theda Tell, Nickie McCluney, Kim McCluney (Jay) and Sierra O'Donnell; twin sister, Marcella Houston; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held 1 PM Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Triad Cremation & Funeral Service, 2110 Servomation Road, Greensboro, NC 27407. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
