    What a nice guy Richard was to be around.  He was always so positive and encouraging.  He rented office space from me for a few years when he started his inspection business.  We talked frequently back then and he was always a joy and  he was always so cheerful when speaking with our employees.  I remember him fondly and I trust you will recall as I do, the many pleasant memories of this nice "GENTLEMAN".  R.I.P.  Rich.
