Obituary

Bobby Clinton Rader, was born on August 22, 1949, to John and Emily Rader in Salisbury, North Carolina.

       He received his formal education at Lanier High School in Macon, Georgia.  He furthered his education at Macon Junior College.       

       Bobby was united in holy matrimony with Gayle Arrington on December 6, 1969, in Macon, Georgia.  This union was blessed with two children.

     He was employed by Norfolk Southern Railway as an Assistant Track Supervisor.  Bobby dedicated 34 years of service to Norfolk   Railway Company.  

     Bobby was a member of Word of Life Foursquare Church  where he served as an Assistant Minister.   In his leisure he enjoyed living life to the fullest, spending time with his family and his grandbabies. 

     Bobby departed this life on Saturday, December 21, 2013.  He was preceded in death by his brothers Ray Rader and Mike Rader. 

     He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Gayle Rader; son Lance Rader; Daughter Allison Blomquist; Son-In-Law Brian Blomquist; Grandsons Braxton, Brennan, and Brayden Blomquist; his parent John & Emily Rader; brother Jeff Rader and other close friends. 

     A memorial service will be held 7:00PM, Monday, December 23, 2013, at Word of Life Church, 925 Edgemont Rd. Greensboro, NC 27406.

    Gayle, We are sorry to hear about your familys loss. I remember the last time we spoke at the ballfield and the great peace and spirit he had. We didn't know the arrangements until to late. We both thought alot of Bobby. We think of him everytime the whistle blows on the train tracks in front of the house. Peace be with you and your family, Phil and Tracy Moser
